In House Training Implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka Belajar

The challenge of improving the quality of learning in the era of the Merdeka Curriculum requires teachers' readiness and competence. Therefore, an In-House Training on the Implementation of the Merdeka Learning Curriculum was conducted at MI Haji Hasyim Babat Jerawat Pakal Surabaya, involving 20 participants, consisting of teachers and school principals. The main goal of this activity was to enhance teachers' ability to design learning that aligns with the principles of the Merdeka Curriculum, focusing on developing students' competencies and shaping the Pancasila Student Profile. The training included needs mapping discussions, creating competency-based learning modules, and developing projects to strengthen the Pancasila Student Profile. As a result, participants gained a better understanding of the Merdeka Curriculum and were able to design teaching modules relevant to students' needs. This activity had a positive impact on improving teachers' skills and showed the potential for sustainability through further guidance
