Information technology skills and digital literacy have become critical competencies for students in the digital era. This study examines the development of students’ information technology skills and digital literacy through the implementation of an integrated education approach at SMA Bahrul Maghfiroh Malang, Indonesia. A descriptive quantitative research design was employed using a Likert-scale questionnaire as the primary data collection instrument. The study involved 30 student respondents. The assessment indicators covered students’ understanding of information technology, technological proficiency, digital literacy and ethics, as well as perceived benefits of integrated learning. The findings reveal an overall mean score of 4.56, indicating a very high level of competency development. These results suggest that integrated education contributes positively to the enhancement of students’ information technology skills and digital literacy. The study underscores the importance of pedagogical integration in preparing students with essential digital competencies required in contemporary educational contexts
